The scientists are correct. Carbon dioxide will warm the planet. However the evidence is that the earth has been really cold the last couple million years. Thanks to humans we will be getting the temperatures into a better zone for sustainability of life on earth. Most of our mega fauna has become extinct due to these persistent cold temperatures.
