OK, lets start counting:

1 -- Instead of getting cash, the "borrower" receives a bag of weed. The "lender" only has to claim 3 dollars in income because he supposedly gave out cash to balance the rest.

I was going to keep counting, but lets just say that the next 50 all involve money laundering.
